# Does your software track how people move to each step automatically?

No, we're not like Google Analytics or similar systems that let you add JS and passively observe users, then later create some funnel/flow in analysis.

Our system is **explicit** - we require you to make funnels that describe the sequence you want users to go through, then let us track these steps.

You can still track a normal website with our JS and not try to control links between pages, though this is not the most effective use of our system.
