Where do I find my postback URL?

The FunnelFlux postback URL is universal.

The simplest place to find it is:

1. Open Settings
2. Go to Tracking Codes
3. Copy the FunnelFlux postback URL

You can also find postback URLs in other parts of the UI, such as offers and offer sources, usually under their Conversion Tracking section.

What the postback needs

For normal server-to-server conversion tracking, FunnelFlux needs the hit ID.

The usual flow is:

1. FunnelFlux sends the visitor to the offer
2. The offer URL includes a FunnelFlux hit ID in one of the network's sub ID fields
3. The affiliate network stores that value
4. When a conversion happens, the network calls your FunnelFlux postback URL and passes that hit ID back
5. FunnelFlux uses the hit ID to attribute the conversion

Common mistake

Do not test with a fake or placeholder hit ID.

A postback test needs a real hit ID from a real tracked visit. If you fire a postback with an empty value, placeholder value, or the wrong ID type, it will not attribute correctly.
