How do I cancel my account?

If you would like to cancel your account, you can log in and head to settings > subscription & billing.

To cancel, simply click "Cancel Your Subscription" and you'll be guided through our cancellation flow.

Cancellation is scheduled for the end of your current billing period. You can reverse it at any time before then from the same settings page.

If you would instead like to manage your subscription i.e. change billing method or plan, retrieve invoices etc., click "Manage Your Subscription"

Not ready to fully cancel?

If you want to take a break but keep your domains, data, and configuration intact, consider switching to the standby plan ($9/month) instead. This pauses your account while preserving everything indefinitely.
