What happens when my subscription expires?

When your subscription expires, here's what happens and when:

Immediately:

  • A banner is added to your UI letting you know your subscription has expired
  • The UI is restricted — you can't edit funnels, add new assets, etc.
  • You can still log in, view your data, and access basic reporting
  • Your tracking links continue to work temporarily

After 14 days:

  • Custom domains are removed from your account
  • Tracking links that use your custom domains will stop working

After 30 days:

  • Analytics data deletion begins
  • This is irreversible — historical reporting data cannot be recovered once deleted

What is preserved:

  • Configuration data (funnels, landers, traffic sources, etc.) is preserved indefinitely, even after analytics data is removed. You can always come back and pick up where you left off.

Standby plan

If you want to preserve everything — including your domains and analytics data — you can switch to our standby plan at $9/month. This keeps your account in a paused state with all data intact indefinitely. You can upgrade back to a full plan at any time.

Billing issues

A billing issue (e.g. a failed payment) will not immediately cause your campaigns to go down. You'll have time to resolve payment issues before any housekeeping actions begin.
