Tracking Setup with ADxAD

Learn how to set up tracking between FunnelFlux Pro and ADxAD.

Step 1: Add ADxAD as a Traffic Source

Go to Traffic Sources > New
Search for "ADxAD" in the template list
Select the ADxAD template

The template configures the following tracking fields:

Cost token: {bid} (Cost Per Event/Click)

Step 2: Create Your Campaign URL

After creating the traffic source:

Build a funnel in the Funnel Builder
Click the traffic node and select ADxAD as the traffic source
Copy the generated tracking link

Use this tracking link as your campaign URL in ADxAD. The URL includes all tracking parameters. ADxAD replaces the tokens with real values when someone clicks your ad.

Step 3: Set Up Conversion Tracking

The ADxAD template does not include a pre-configured postback URL. You may need to set up conversion tracking manually. Check ADxAD's documentation for details.

If ADxAD supports postback URLs, add one in the traffic source's Conversion Tracking tab. Use this format:

https://adxad.example.com/conversion?click_id={external}&payout={payout}

Optional: Updating Costs

If cost tokens are unavailable or inaccurate, you can update costs manually in FunnelFlux:

Go to Update Costs in FunnelFlux
Export cost data from ADxAD
Match by campaign ID and relevant tracking fields
Import the cost data
